Latecia and Dr. Geeta were calm, professional, and incredibly accommodating — they made sure I was fully comfortable before performing a pain-free extraction in under five minutes. The entire staff was exceptional. Priscilla, the office manager, took the time to walk me through my financial responsibility clearly, removed any unnecessary charges, and made sure I was only paying for what I actually needed. This place genuinely puts patients first. Highly recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

As a first time patient, after my first visit, I was excited about getting all the dental work that were needed to be done. After all the extractions, I was given temporary partials, and I was told that within three months time, I will receive the permanent ones, but they don't fit right. I called the office and explained to them the problem with the partials, they told me to come in that they would take a look at it. I went in and they took me to a back office and the young med assistant was nice and understanding, and did her best to help. The dentist came in, tried to fix the problem to see why they did not fit, she said it was loose, so let the one who makes the partials to do something to make it fit more snug. I saw her just one time, when she took the partials and went to her lab, I suppose, and had the med assistant to help me to try them on. She never even came to see if they fit, and when they didn't, the nice medical assistant, tried putting some sticky substance, not sure what it was, to help to secure them to my gums, but to no avail. i had a great experience as a new patient at aspen. From the second I walked in, front office made me feel welcomed. The assistants and Dr. geeta were all very helpful and answered all my questions in a calm and understanding manner. priscilla also was great with helping me financially on getting me started with my treatment. definitely appreciate the whole team here as they made all my visits a great experience.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental McKinney . It’s a 5 star experience from the receptionist to the doctor and other staffs. Brandon, the hygienist was gentle but thorough with the deep-cleaning. My teeth look so clean. I also had a tooth extracted by Dr Geeta, she is highly professional, with touches of empathy, she gave a good amount of local anesthesia before the tooth extraction so I did not feel anything. Thank you Latecia for your help too. Overall, I’m so satisfied. I will pay anything to be treated well, but I got a good deal with a good payment plan to fits my budget. See you on my next appointment.,

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Latecia was awesome—very friendly, professional, and made the whole visit comfortable from the start. Dr. Geeta was excellent as well; very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about her patients. The front office staff were welcoming and professional, which made the check-in process smooth. The hygienist was also fantastic—super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the cleaning experience very comfortable. Overall, the entire team was great and provided outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.
